Madame Soleil
I became interested in makeup at a very early age and always wanted to become a makeup artist, but unfortunately, I never dared to take the plunge and build a career in that field.
Despite my training as a makeup artist and hairstylist, I stayed in my 9-to-5 job and expanded my interest in skincare.
Today, I’m a happy mother, wife, and employee, but there’s still one thing I really miss. I’m good at my job, but my passion is the world of beauty. I enjoy helping others find the right skincare products, applying makeup, and bringing out their natural beauty.
For me, beauty isn't just about wearing a full face of makeup so that no one can recognize you anymore; it's about the little details that highlight the most beautiful features of the face and make a person glow with confidence.
Skincare plays a big part in this, because beautiful, well-cared-for skin is a major factor in our self-confidence.
So I’d like to pursue this passion here and share my knowledge and insights with others—and hopefully help as well.
P.S.: I have my husband to thank for the name Madame Soleil (which is French and translates to “Mrs. Sunshine”), since he always calls me “Sunshine.”
